take me out to the ball game!

there is nothing like going to an aggie baseball game in the spring. we arrived an hour and a half early because someone misinformed us that we would not be able to find a seat if we didn't. 4 hot dogs, a bag of peanuts, 3 drinks, nachos, popcorn, cotton candy and 3 and a half hours later...the aggies beat tcu in the 9th...3-2. we could not have asked for better weather or more well-behaved kids. it was a great time!

zoo fun run

today was the fort worth zoo fun run. it was an absolutely beautiful day. i won't post our time, but team errington definitely had fun. it was really neat seeing elephants, zebras, giraffes, and other exotic animals during our run. jackson took it all in like a champ!

good times

this week was a little hectic, but fun. monday night reese sang at her school. tuesday mackenzie received an award for advancing almost 4 grade levels in reading! wednesday jackson got his first ear infection. and last night we went to a golf store for ladies night with emily, meagan and shannon. each gal received a free $25 gift card just for coming. we were there for 2 1/2 hours because a hail/thunder storm blew in. while many folks in the area were seeking refuge in a room with no windows, we were hitting golf balls! good times!

it worked!

so i read about something fun to do from my friend emily's blog. she is a cool teacher and did an experiment with diet coke and mentos candy. we decided we would try it at home and it was so fun! the coke shot way up in the air. here are some pics to capture the moment. jackson kept a safe distance.

growing fast

jackson is getting so big! everyone that sees him makes a comment about his size. we just tell jackson big is beautiful! here are some cute pics for the grandparents to download. one of them is fuzzy, but you can see the sweet light in his eyes that is so infectuous.

water fight!

it was a gorgeous day today in fort worth. the kiddos and i wanted to get outside and plant some flowers. reese was in charge of watering the garden when we were done, so it was no surprise that a water fight broke out. the girls were kind enough to not drench their brother, but they were soaked from head to toe!
