look who got her letter jacket

so excited! 

she lettered in cross country as a freshman!

happy birthday oma!

 oma came to town to celebrate her birthday with us!  

the weather was nice, so we headed to the state park for some hiking.

i tried to warn jack that the water was too cold to swim in for several months, 

but he was determined to try it out anyway.

mackenzie showed him a tad more sympathy than i did.

jack-man turns 6

jack could not decide whether he wanted a star wars or a football themed birthday cake, so he got both!

 opening presents

jack invited a couple of friends for pizza, games, a movie and ice cream

 

and finished the day with a little horseback ride

Christmas celebrations

this year, as usual, we had more than one Christmas celebration.  we celebrated early with my family (not pictured)...sorry yall :(

then we had an errington 5 only celebration.  i only took a few pics because i am getting old and forgetful.
