so serious that we went to the midnight premiere! (for those of you who know deneise, it doesn't get more serious than that! )

although half of us are team peeta and half team gale, we all agreed the movie was fabulous!!

beware of the zoo in spring

jack and i decided the weather has been so pretty that we would take a trip to the waco zoo. we had a fabulous time! the cameron park zoo is a wonderful place to visit. however, i totally forgot about mating season in the spring. we saw several animal breeds enjoying the nice weather too. i'm just glad jack thought they were wrestling!

snake hunting

well, i decided to conquer one of my biggest fears and go rattle snake hunting with some friends. we gassed some dens on his property, but nothing came out. less than a week later this guy was caught at a lake near our house.

thank you Jesus that something like that was not on our snake hunt!

since we didnt find any snakes we decided to have some shooting practice. here is a pic of jack shooting a .22 for the first time.

spring break in san antonio

we didn't venture far for spring break this year, but we sure had fun. we went to san antonio and spent a day at fiesta texas.

we took a tour of the alamo

walked around the river walk what seemed like a million times. and went to the top of the tower of the americas.

good family time.
