this past weekend was a bunch of fun! friday was field day at mackenzie's school. she won first place in the three legged race with her friend amber.
friday night we decided to start the star wars trilogy and watched episode I and II. (yes, we are way behind the times!)on saturday, mackenzie won 2nd place in a district-wide music memory contest. we are so proud of her!
saturday night we watched star wars episode III. it was so scary that reese and mackenzie slept in our bed that night.
the highlight of the weekend was mother's day. we celebrated by spending the night at the great wolf lodge with the rothenbergers. it was sooooo much fun.

I have the cutest and smartest grandkids in the entire universe! I am so proud of them....just wish I could see them more often!
