we awoke to beautiful flakes falling from the sky this morning. my girls got ready and did their chores in record time so they could play in the snow. jack-jack ran around the backyard screaming with delight (not sure if it was the snow or the early morning outside play time).

my kids at school BEGGED to go out...so being the outdoor lover that i am, i took them out. literally, after about 30 seconds...can we go in...it's too cold!!! oh, really, the snow is cold?? kids in texas are wimps!! (well, me too, but that's beside the point!!) :)
